Founded in 1984 by Dennis M. Shine, RWI was built on decades of experience in refrigeration engineering, construction, manufacturing, and project development. Following his service in the U.S. Army and a successful career with leading refrigeration manufacturers, Dennis established RWI with a clear mission: to provide clients with innovative refrigeration solutions, exceptional craftsmanship, and trusted long-term partnerships.
